Hobbies are constantly mistaken as the activities that you enjoy doing but do not get paid for.
They are usually referred to the second plane of importance – “First comes school/work”.
If you like doing something but it is not related to your work, find a way in which to profit from it. When living in a city or urban society, you may need to consider money as the necessary profit. If you live in a more secluded area, you may be able to find other things as profit.
Essentially what you need in life is to survive, everything else is about enjoying it.
Find a place where you feel at home and figure out what you need to be sustainable. After that, all that is left is to enjoy what you do and continue getting better at it.
Ideally, try to use your activity in such a way that is helps other people.
