Companies under 5 employees or with over 200 employees can still take it, but recommendations will lean toward simpler or more governance-heavy patterns respectively.

The map is a build-ready brief you can hand to your team, your engineers, or another vendor. You can also use it as the agenda for a free 30-minute call with Armando.

How accurate is the "cost of waiting" number?

It is an honest estimate, not a precision claim. The math is your weekly hours-lost bracket multiplied by a conservative burdened SMB team rate over 50 working weeks. The page shows the formula so you can sanity-check it. Most clients tell us the number lands within 20% of their actual cost once we do the deeper accounting on a discovery call.

What happens if my process is messy or undocumented?

You will still get a useful report, and the report will be honest about what to do first. Low process clarity scores route to a recommendation to map the workflow before building, often through an AI Strategy & Audit. PerezCarreno & Coindreau will not recommend building automation on top of an undocumented process. The first step in that case is documentation and ownership, not code.

Where is my data stored and who sees my answers?

Submissions are stored privately by PerezCarreno & Coindreau on Cloudflare D1 and used only to generate your report and improve the assessment. Armando reads completed reports personally to keep tabs on patterns across submissions. Your answers are never shared with third parties, sold, or used for advertising. The assessment never asks for passwords, API keys, regulated personal data, or confidential customer information.
