I'm Armando, I help businesses save time and money by leveraging AI.

I've built custom software and automations for over 18 years, building everything from custom e-commerce platforms that handle flash sales to education systems serving thousands of learners. I've worked with startups, universities, Fortune 500 companies, B2B, D2C, retail, restaurants, the works.

A few years ago, I started seeing the same pattern everywhere: small businesses drowning in manual work that machines could handle. Data entry. Follow-up emails. Scheduling. Invoice processing. Not glamorous, but the kind of work that eats 10–20 hours a week and keeps businesses from growing.

So I shifted my focus. I now help businesses find the 3–5 automations that actually matter — then I build them, plug them into existing tools, and train the team to own them. No black boxes, no vendor lock-in.

What I believe

AI should make things better and cheaper, not just cheaper. The goal isn't to replace your team — it's to free them up to do the work that actually needs a human.

I also believe in being honest about what AI can't do. Most businesses don't need a custom LLM or a million-dollar data pipeline. They need someone to wire up three automations and train their team. That's not sexy, but it works.

I say "don't do that" as often as "do this." If AI isn't the right answer for your problem, I'll tell you. I'd rather lose a project than waste your money.

The Web Talk Show

I also host The Web Talk Show — where I talk about AI, small business, and technology in plain English. Solo episodes, guest interviews, and honest takes on what's actually working.

Let's work together

If you're running a business and wondering where AI fits in, let's talk. First call is on the house. I promise I won't try to sell you anything you don't need.
