- Can I combine services in one engagement?

Yes — most engagements do exactly that. A typical path is Strategy & Audit → Custom AI Automation → AI Training for Teams, over 6–10 weeks. Pricing is bundled transparently on the discovery call. The goal is always the same: your team owns the system at the end, not us.
- How are engagements priced — hourly or fixed?

All engagements are fixed-price, scoped upfront after the discovery call. We do not bill hourly. If scope changes mid-project, we quote the change before doing the work. See /pricing for starting-at rates per service.
- Do you offer ongoing support after the project is done?

Yes, through the Training & Enablement service ($4,500+ per cohort with optional monthly retainer). Ongoing support covers monthly check-ins, Slack or email channel, prompt-library updates as tools change, and quarterly reviews of what the system is saving. Retainers are month-to-month — no annual lock-in.
