Start with either the free AI Automation Opportunity Map at /ai-automation-opportunity-map or an AI Strategy & Audit (1 to 2 weeks). The Opportunity Map is a self-serve snapshot. The audit is a professional assessment that produces a prioritized roadmap you can hand to a build team. Businesses that already know what they want to automate can skip straight to Custom AI Automation.
- Can I combine services in one engagement?

Yes, most engagements do exactly that. A typical path is Strategy & Audit, then Custom AI Automation, then an AI Speaking & Training session for the operating team, over 6 to 10 weeks. Pricing is bundled transparently on the discovery call. The goal is always the same: your team owns the system at the end, not us.
- How are engagements priced, hourly or fixed?

All engagements are fixed-price, scoped upfront after the discovery call. We do not bill hourly. If scope changes mid-project, we quote the change before doing the work. See /pricing for how pricing works per service.
- Do you offer ongoing support after the project is done?

Yes, through AI Coaching for Business Owners, billed month to month. Ongoing support covers monthly check-ins, a Slack or email channel for questions, prompt-library updates as tools change, and quarterly reviews of what the system is saving. For a one-time team upskill, AI Speaking & Training offers standalone lunch and learns and workshops.
