How our pricing works
Fixed fees, quoted before you commit.
1. Free discovery call
A 30-minute conversation to understand what you need. No pitch deck. If we are not the right firm, we will tell you and point you somewhere that is.
2. Scoped quote
We follow up with a fixed-fee scope. For strategy work this is usually same-day; for custom builds, within 48 hours.
3. Kickoff
Once you approve the scope, we schedule kickoff within one week. Payment is typically 50% upfront, 50% on delivery for fixed-fee projects.
4. Ongoing
Post-launch support, retainers, and coaching are priced monthly with 30-day cancellation. No annual lock-in.

Pricing questions we hear
- Why do you publish starting-at prices publicly?
- Because most AI consulting pricing is opaque on purpose, and it is a red flag. We publish starting-at ranges so you know whether we are the right fit before booking a call. Final pricing is always scoped on the discovery call — but you will never be surprised by a number an order of magnitude higher than what is published here.
- What does "starting at" actually mean?
- Starting-at is the floor for a well-scoped, typical engagement at that tier. Small or very clearly-scoped work can land exactly at the starting price. Larger, more integrated, or multi-workflow projects scale up from there — typically 1.5x to 3x — based on the number of systems involved, team size, and timeline.
- Do you offer payment plans?
- Yes, for engagements over $10,000. Standard is 50% at kickoff and 50% at delivery. Longer projects (8+ weeks) can split into three or four milestones. For retainers, month-to-month billing is the default.
- Do you work on commission or revenue-share?
- No. All engagements are fee-based. We turn down revenue-share offers because the incentives rarely align with what is actually best for the client. If we cannot justify our fee against your projected savings, we will tell you.
