The challenge
Dental continuing education runs on certification. The LMS has to track not just completion, but the specific activities, durations, and attestations that make a certificate defensible in an audit. Off-the-shelf LMSes check most of these boxes with enough plugins — but the plugin stack grows brittle, and auditability suffers.
What we built
A purpose-built LMS that treats audit-grade logging as a first-class feature. Every learner action is timestamped, attributed, and retained. Certificates are generated automatically when completion requirements are fully met. Instructors see a dashboard that surfaces incomplete or at-risk records before they become audit problems.
The results
Certification issuance is instant instead of a manual, multi-day process. Audit trail completeness jumped from partial to full. Instructor overhead per student fell dramatically, freeing the team to focus on curriculum instead of administration.
