Training in Spanish, start to finish
We can run your whole AI training in Spanish. The slides and practice prompts are in Spanish, and so is the Q and A. Many teams in San Antonio do their best work in Spanish, and people learn a new tool faster in the language they think in.
Mixed teams can get a bilingual session. We explain each idea in both languages and hand out prompts and notes in English and Spanish. People can also practice writing prompts in Spanish and getting answers back in English, or the other way around. That skill helps any business that serves customers in both languages.
You pick the language when we plan the session. If you'd rather talk with us in Spanish from the first call, tell us when you book.
02
Who the training is for
Our training fits small and medium businesses that want their people using AI well on everyday work. Nobody needs a technical background. We shape each session around the group in the room.
-
Small business teams
Office and front-line staff who want to write and summarize faster with AI on the tasks they already do.
-
Owners and executives
Leaders who want a clear picture of where AI fits in the business and which workflow to try first.
-
Spanish-speaking and mixed teams
Crews and offices where Spanish is the first language at work, or where people switch between both languages all day.
-
Technical teams
Developers and IT staff who want to work with agentic tools like Claude Code and Codex on their own code and scripts.
03
Training formats
We offer four formats, from a short talk to a full day of hands-on work. Each one can run on-site or by video, in English or Spanish. We'll help you choose on the first call.
-
Lunch and learn
A 60 to 90 minute session for a leadership group. It centers on your questions and ends with a clear next step for your teams.
-
Keynote
A 45 to 60 minute talk for an all-hands meeting or an industry event. It gives a room full of people a practical view of AI at work.
-
Half-day workshop
Three to four hours of hands-on practice. Each person works on tasks from their own job and leaves with prompts they can reuse.
-
Full-day training
Six to seven hours. The morning maps a few of your workflows. In the afternoon, the team builds and tests AI help for one of them.
Many owners start with a lunch and learn for the leadership group. A half-day or full-day session for the wider team often comes next. You can read more about each format on our AI Speaking & Training service page.
04
What your team practices
Your team practices on their own work. That might be a long email thread to summarize or a report to check for wrong numbers and dates. People bring real tasks, and they leave with prompts they can use the next morning.
Most sessions use ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini. We teach a method for writing good prompts, and that method works in any of them. Your team won't be tied to one tool, and they can keep using whichever one your business already pays for.
Technical teams can go further with agentic tools like Claude Code and Codex. These tools can read a codebase and write code on their own, with a developer reviewing each change. We use them every day to build tools for our clients, so we teach from real projects.
05
Safe-use ground rules
Every session covers how to use AI safely at work. We help your team agree on simple rules they can follow without a manual. A few of the rules we teach:
- Keep customer and employee private details out of public AI tools unless your business has approved that tool for it.
- Check every number, name, and date in an AI draft before it goes anywhere.
- A person reads and approves anything that goes to a customer.
- Use the AI accounts your business sets up, so your data stays under company settings.
- When the AI gives an answer you can't verify, ask a coworker or find the source.
We can tailor these rules to your industry. If your business already has an AI policy, we'll teach to it.

How we plan a session
We write the slides and exercises fresh for every group.
- 1
Start with a free call.
We spend 30 minutes learning about your team and what you'd like them to get out of the day. You'll get one fixed price before any work begins.
- 2
Send a short questionnaire.
Your people tell us about the tasks they do each week. They also pick the language they want for the session.
- 3
Tailor the session.
We build the slides and exercises around those answers. Every practice task comes from work your team does today.
- 4
Teach on-site or by video.
We run the session at your office around San Antonio by appointment, or live by video if your team is spread out.
- 5
Follow up.
After the session, we check in on what your team is using and suggest a next step that fits where they landed.
