AI Readiness Assessment
The diagnostic for businesses early in their AI journey.
The AI Readiness Assessment from PerezCarreno & Coindreau is a focused 1 to 2 week diagnostic for businesses early in their AI journey. We score your business across four readiness dimensions: data readiness, process maturity, team capability, and tool stack. The output is a short-form report with recommended next steps and a 60-minute walkthrough call. Designed for leaders who want a defensible answer to 'are we actually ready for AI?' without committing to a full strategy build. You can also preview the methodology via our online quiz at /assessment.

FAQ
AI Readiness Assessment: Questions we hear
- What is the difference between the free quiz and the paid assessment?
-
The free quiz at /assessment is self-serve — 20 questions, takes 5 minutes, gives you an AI Readiness Score, archetype match, and 3–5 suggested quick-win workflows. The paid AI Readiness Assessment ($5,000, 1–2 weeks) adds stakeholder interviews, operational data review, a written report with findings, and a leadership presentation. Both use the same underlying framework.
- Who is the paid assessment actually for?
-
Leaders who are about to commit budget to AI and want a professional outside read before they do. It is also useful for businesses evaluating multiple AI vendors — the assessment gives you a vendor-neutral picture of where you actually are, which makes vendor selection less vulnerable to pitch decks.
- What does the final report include?
-
A maturity score across five dimensions (operations, data, team readiness, tech stack, culture), a list of the top 3–5 high-ROI automation opportunities with cost/benefit estimates, anti-patterns or red flags specific to your business, a 90-day roadmap, and a one-page executive summary for board or leadership review.

The work that runs your business in the background. Invoice processing, lead follow-up sequences, data entry between systems, appointment scheduling, recurring reports. The repetitive work your team does every day that consumes most of their week and adds zero strategic value.

Most AI tools on the market are built for a generic customer who does not exist. They cover about 60% of what you need, and the last 40% is the part that matters most. This is where we build the system from the ground up, shaped around your workflow.
