AI Training for Teams
Teach your team to use AI. For real.
AI Training for Teams from PerezCarreno & Coindreau is a 4–8 week hands-on training program that teaches your team to use ChatGPT, Claude, and the AI features already built into their daily tools — with your real workflows and documents, not a generic curriculum. Every cohort includes live working sessions, a custom video library, prompt libraries tailored to each role, and monthly check-ins so skills stick. Armando is a frequent keynote speaker on AI adoption and has led training for organizations including NationaLease.

FAQ
AI Training for Teams: Questions we hear
- Who should be in the training cohort?
- The ideal cohort is 5–15 people who work hands-on with the systems being augmented — not just leadership. Standard roles: ops, sales, customer service, marketing, finance. Leadership participation for the kickoff and final session is useful but not required throughout. Technical skill is not a prerequisite — training is designed for non-technical staff.
- What do people actually walk away being able to do?
- Write reliable prompts for the specific workflows in their role; use ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini for real work (not demos); automate routine drafting, research, and analysis; spot when AI is hallucinating and know what to do about it; use the custom automations we have built for you without fear; and build small workflow improvements on their own.
- Is this a live workshop or self-paced?
- Both. Standard delivery is weekly live sessions for 4–8 weeks (60–90 minutes each), paired with a custom video library specific to your tools and workflows that team members can reference anytime. Live sessions are recorded and added to the library. Remote or on-site; San Antonio clients often mix both.
